Resume program & purchase terms

Effective October 29, 2026. Veteran Career Path / StreamSync Solutions. These program-specific terms supplement the main terms and control this independent program's price and access. Adults 18+ only. You must have permission to process resumes you submit for clients.

$1.99 USD per AI build

You may purchase as a guest or with a free program account. Guest builds are accessible through the current browser session. Create a new account from that session to keep access across devices; signing in to another existing account does not move guest purchases. This is a one-time Stripe payment, not a subscription. Main-site membership and access codes are not required and do not replace this program purchase. A build is one successful AI review and revised-resume result for a fixed resume and application context. Changing the resume or target outside the included clarification update starts a new build. Manual editing and one finished template are included. Browsing fictional examples is free. Choose Finish & save to claim the included template and unlock your personal preview. Each additional template for that build costs $1.00 USD through Stripe. Printing and repeat downloads of templates already purchased are included. Finishing stores the document privately with your purchase and in My resumes for signed-in accounts. Purchase is required before entering the builder or viewing a formatted preview. Complete Stripe checkout first, including a valid free-code checkout if applicable. You then supply the resume and application context for that build. One AI clarification update using your answers to the review is included; subsequent manual edits and downloads remain included. A further AI build requires a new purchase.

Included career tools

Free accounts can explicitly save a reusable career profile, resume versions, application records and edited cover letters. Each completed AI resume build includes one recoverable career kit for its fixed resume and job context: job requirement analysis, evidence-based military skills translation and possible career directions. Cover letters are a separate optional service. If you use the included clarification update, you may generate a kit for that updated revision. Reopening or retrying the same kit does not charge again. Changing to a different target outside that update requires a new $1.99 resume build, confirmed before checkout. Matching is editorial guidance, not an ATS prediction or eligibility decision. Application tracking does not submit applications, send reminders or contact employers. You are responsible for reviewing and submitting documents yourself.

Cover letters · $1 each

Each new AI-generated cover letter costs $1.00 USD through Stripe, separate from any resume purchase. You can use an existing saved resume, upload a PDF, Word (.docx) or TXT resume, or paste text. A resume purchase is not required. You agree to private recovery storage and AI processing before checkout; generation starts only after the server verifies payment, including a valid completed $0 promotion-code checkout. One purchase covers one generated letter for a fixed resume and job context. Retries after a failed attempt, manual edits and repeat PDF, Word or text downloads of that letter are included. Generating another letter, including for another job, requires a new $1 checkout. Previously generated and saved letters remain available. Letter purchases, generated results and saved edits appear in Cover letters. Guest access depends on the original browser session. Deleting letter data does not issue a refund or permit the purchase to generate another letter.

Promo codes

Enter a valid promotion code in Stripe checkout before completing your order. Discounts, expiry dates and redemption limits are enforced by Stripe. A valid 100% discount reduces the checkout total to $0; no card is required. Complete that free checkout to unlock the same resume build, including retries, one finished template and its repeat downloads. Each new build requires its own checkout and an eligible code or payment. Creating an account remains free.

Failures and recovery

Payment must be verified server-side with Stripe. A success redirect alone does not grant access. AI or connection failure does not consume the right to retry that same paid build; use Your resume builds to recover it instead of purchasing again. If you cannot obtain your paid result or see a duplicate charge, contact support with the transaction reference; never send card details. We will investigate and provide the result, correct a duplicate charge or arrange an appropriate refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Deleting a build's data is irreversible through the app and does not itself request or create a refund.

AI, facts and applications

Our AI services use Anthropic and OpenAI where configured. AI can be wrong. Check all facts and current job-announcement requirements before applying edits or submitting a resume. Service history, specialty codes and ranks do not prove a qualification or eligibility. No employment, ATS score, federal acceptance, veteran preference or benefits outcome is guaranteed. Do not submit SSNs, birth dates, classified information, medical records or sensitive military documents. We are not affiliated with DoD, VA, OPM, USAJOBS or any military branch.

Account and storage

Program sessions and data are separate from main-site membership; Firebase authentication identities share the existing project. Starting checkout requires agreement to private Firebase storage of the purchase record. Submitting your resume for AI processing stores that build’s input, result and any clarification answers for recovery. Optional editor/background saves have separate controls.
